chart below shows an example of a Refund Exchange report.
The report illustrates the refund outcomes for a test store
(Sheffield) over a configurable time period. The system
returns a recommendation for a refund taking place, the
recommendation can be accepted or overruled. The report
can be used to highlight fraudulent staff usage, for example
if the system recommends No Refund and a shop assistant
continually overrules the decision in favour of a cash refund,
the instances may require investigation. The report can
be useful in many ways, from analysing Refund trends over
time to investigating the effect of a staff investigation
on refund outcomes.
